A- Recombinant cell lines.

Our recombinant cell line development process includes gene synthesis (option), reporter and/or expression vectors construction, DNA transfer, selection of positive clones, structural & functional characterizations of positive clones.

Custom development of your recombinant cell line (Ion channel, GPCR, Kinase, Chromatin protein, ...) includes:
- Delivery of 3 to 5 expressing clones (2 x 5.10e6 cells/clone),
- Delivery of documentation: historic of engineering methods, report for sterility, validation data, maintenance conditions.

B- Primary cultures.

Animal tissues or whole embryos are commonly used to establish primary cell cultures (PBMC, fibroblasts, myocytes, hepatocytes, (pre)adipocytes, ....) for downstream assays and analysis.

 

C- Differenciated cells.

Differenciated cells from induced pluripotent progenitors, with species-specific protein expression patterns, are reliable and homogenous tools for drug discovery and predictability of drug efficacy and drug toxicity.
